Subject:         burning 40% of daily calories/body fat and calories

the FoodnSport food combining chart states that someone eating the 80-10-10
diet should be burning 40% of their daily caloric intake. no where in the book
,"The 80-10-10 Diet", does it say this.

do you advocate and practice burning 40% of their daily caloric intake?

have you ever unintentionally eaten more calories then you burn over many
weeks/months and notice your body fat has gone up?

have you had to intentionally maintain a slight caloric deficit for weeks/months
in order to loss body fat?

could you name anyone who eats a HCRV diet that have become lean from
maintaining a caloric def? or other pioneers that advocate this?

i have been maintaining 500-250 calories deficit for about a month and i have
to endure at least 4 more months of this before i arrive at a healthy body fat %.
a few of the more vocal HCRV pioneers discourage people from trying to
maintain a caloric deficiency to loss fat. i would love to find new role models
that are similar to you for encouragement on this fat loss journey!
