Hi Doug!

I'm 100% 811rv for a year now (plus a year before that experimenting a little).
Feeling great!

Sometimes I experience the effects of low bloodsugar (slight trembling of hands,
lightheaded, extreme fatigue etc) simply due to, guess what, low blood sugar!
This usually happens when it's time to eat, I'm hungry, and I go for a few hours
longer than I should without eating, usually WHILE doing some kind of physical
exertion like a heavy shopping trip, walking, biking etc.

However, sometimes I experience the same thing, but even though I just had a
large smoothie of bananas half an hour or an hour before. It's still digesting in
my stomach and supplying sugar! This happens only when I do something
REALLY intense like biking up a long hill, or lifting some really heavy things. Is
this because I "use up" availiable blood sugar really fast, and the body does not
have time to replenish in at the same rate?

If so, does this sound healthy or do you think I might have some slight blood
sugar regulation challenges? I know I have been experiencing low blood sugar
sometimes my whole life. Also, in the first example, where I'm just going on
beyond "meal time", my brother usually is able to go on for A LOT longer without
eating and does not experience similar symptoms often at all. He is living/eating
exactly the same as I.

Thanks a lot!
