Low iron can leave you feeling tired, and you should respect those feelings. Do what you can, but when your training isn't productive, there is no advantage to simply putting in more time. Once you've lost your intensity, if you still wish to train, put your attention on other areas of fitness, such as balance, flexibility, coordination, etc.
