Subject:         Dr D - B12 deficiency and exercise

Hi Dr Doug, I follow the 80/10/10 diet and have been diagnosed with the B12 and iron deficiency. I am supplementing both right now. The thing is that I am used to being quite athletic and now I am wondering whether I should take it easy before I get my levels up (I don't have as much endurance strength right now, however up to 1 hour a day I can do without any problem).

Would you recommend taking it slower before I get me levels up and feel better?
