Subject:         how to start 811 with big candida issues
Date: August 23, 2013 at 11:12 am PST

Hi, I am new to 811 and am currently reading Dr Graham's book. I have had bad CFS for over 7 years and also have systemic candida, adrenal fatigue and an overburdened liver. I have been on the "anti-candida diet" for about 4 yrs, eating practically no fruit. Altho this helped a little, it has by no means solved the candida prob. So I would like to transition to 811 but I'm not sure how to go about it.

I'm realising my diet is very high fat at the mo, so i'm trying to decrease that. Do I need to cut out fats altogether for a period of time, before starting to eat fruit?? I'm worried that if I start eating a lot of fruit whilst still having a fair amount of fat in my diet - the candida will get worse!

Also - what if I start eating a lot of fruit, but then have a slip up one day and eat more fat than I should? will the candida come straight back??!

Any advice on how to make this transition would really be appreciated. I don't want to make the candida worse!

I do find that I crave fruit though - so I am very excited at the prospect of eating it again!

Thanks

Raw newbie
