How much to do you suggest I should work out daily? I don't want
to do too much otherwise I'm never going to gain some healthy
weight! I usually circle to work ( 15-20 min a day) and I don't have
a desk job, so I'm standing most of the time .
I tray to do 30 minutes a day of soft exercises (squats, pull ups
etc etc ) is it stupid doing just 30 min?
