Hello Celine,

your weight sounds fine. You're exercising every day and you're
eating a healthy diet. When you say you have a salad or fruit for
dinner, do you mean that some days you only have fruit? I would
make sure I eat abundant leafy greens every day.
I wouldn't worry about calorie intake at this stage, give your body
time to get used to the adjustments you've made to your diet and
exercise routine. Have faith that you will have a very healthy body.

In six months time, if you decide you'd like to have a little less body
fat, you can fine tune your exercise routine then. Remember that
811rv is not only about food. Keep a positive mind and be kind to
yourself. Relax about your food, cortisol increases fat deposits,
especially around the mid-section.
