hi Dr. Graham,

due to current circumstances I'm eating non-organic fruit and was wondering how much of a health risk this is?

does eating non-organic damage the gut flora (i.e. kill the 'good bacteria') compared to eating organic?

also, when handling non-organic produce, are the chemicals likely to transfer onto other things (e.g. hands, other surfaces)? How persistent are the chemicals?

i hope you can help ease my concerns.

thank you so much
