Thank you for your answer bronwyn.
To answer to your question my height is 5.57 foot
and my weight: 134 pounds but i have put on fat all
this years. My Body Fat % is around 26% :(, not a
lot of sport, poor diet since 10 years... all wrong.
Actually now i'm running every morning between 3 and
5 km, sometimes i'm doing some cardio just after.
I have a weight training program that i started, but
the weather is really challenging here, around 40
degrees everyday so i stopped it but i'm starting it
again this week.
I give you a sample of my daily food:

Morning: 5-6 bananas mix with 1L of water in the
morning (i love drinking in the morning :) but i
think it was a little bit too much, i was so bloated
just after drinking this smoothie and the rest of
the morning that i reduced the volume of water.

Lunch: 5-6 bananas in a smoothie or a big salad
(same salad as gdinner)

1 hour before dinner usually i drink a big glass of
orange juice: 3 oranges+1 lemon or i eat 3 or 4
bananas

Dinner: Big salad (lettuce, zucchini, red bell
pepper, celery, carrot, 2-3 tomatoes blended) or a
fruit salad or lots of bananas

That's a lot of bananas but i don't really have a
choice, i don't have lot of product available here
for the moment so i'm doing with what i can get, but
i don't really feel frustrated. I love bananas, i
love oranges sometimes i get watermelons, i always
have carrots, celery and tomatoes in my fridge.

I was becoming impatient and i wasn't sure that my
calories intake was good, i was eating around 2000-
2200 calories a day without exercising almost or
really light exercise to be honest. I decided to cut
my calories not to put on weight and then i was
experiencing cravings and i binged on food>

My question actually is to know how many calories i
should take, if i listen my body or my brain some
days i could easily eat 2500 calories or maybe more,
sometimes it seems that my body can't get enought of
fruits. I don't know if it's a good think or not, as
i'm not really doing sport (workout).

Do you have some advice for me?

Than you all for the time you're taking to answer
me, and than you Dr Graham for sharing your
knowledge and experience. (A breath of fresh air

Thanks again!!:)
