Subject:         Underweight for many years

Hello Dr D.G.
i'am a 27 year old girl that has suffered for many years from anorexia.
811 has been my salvation, i don't feel guilty anymore when i eat now!

my only problem now is how much weight i have to gain and how much fat as
well. i still find it difficult to accept that i can't put on only muscles but also
some fat is necessary. Am i correct?

at the moment i am 169cm tall and 41kg with a BMI of 14.
i dont't know if i should exercise straight away , or if it is better that i wait for
some weight gain.

I know you suggest not to graze too much, but i'am having trouble eating so
many calories, so i usually have breakfast, then after two hours a snack, then
after a couple of hour lunch. then an hout before my dinner (greens) i have
more fruit. is t ok?
