Hi Ian. I should have been more specific in my response. My
definition of green smoothie is leafy greens blended with fruit
and to make it taste wonderful and go down well. Today I had: 2
bananas, 2 huge handful of baby kale, 2 cups frozen mangoes,
1 cup frozen berries. Blended with about 2 or so cups of water
and it's 2 quarts of amazing deliciousness. I vary my green
smoothies each day but the two constants are greens (kale,
spinach, lettuce, collards, celery for example) and ripe bananas.
You can experiment and see what you like. Good luck on your
journey!
