I eas eating dried figs, but stopped because they are not really
raw then. Dates i eat almost daily.

I'll also use my blender a bit. I can eat 6 bananas with ease, so
do that and put the remaining 4 in the blender for a total of at
least 1000 kcal for breakfast.

I have an additional related question.

For 3000 kcal, and with 80/10/10, i need to strive for at least 511
gram of carb. And then 64 gram of protein and 28 gram of fat.

Right now i,m very close to getting all my carbs and fat. Protein
i'm getting just about half of what i need (?)

I've read 80/10/10 and understand that the need for protein is far
lower than what most people expect. If i get enough kcal in, when
is the % of protein too low?

Not less than 6% as with mothers milk?
