Getting enough is not my problem, but I would say
smoothies are the way to go to increase your intake
sufficiently.

Eg, start your day with a 10+ banana smoothie, enough
to hold you til lunchbreak. Lunch of fresh fruits,
anything relatively quick to consume, eg grapes,
apples, pears, bananas, persimmon in season. Many
recommend mango, but I find them rather time-
consuming, and definitely messy!

Before your evening greens, have a fruit smoothie. r
has written that his perpetual favourite is orange-
mango freshly juiced. Also you can add fruit to your
salad. You will want to eat enough fruit so as not to
desire the cooked stuff.

Great to know your fitness improves on 811.
