Would most of this fat/oil clear from my bloodstream after 16 hours of digestive rest (i.e. sleep and then breakfast), so that my fruit consumption is not affected the next day? I've not noticed any blood sugar spikes so far.

I cover my salad in around 1/2-1 teaspoon of salt.

Why does the salt taste so good if my body doesn't want it?
