Thank you for the answers doug! I have been following the 811rv
for about 6 months now and i still have troubles with IBS and lots
of gas. I believe the IBS is mainly created because of the
bacterial overgrowth but may also be a bit stress related. How
long will it usually take before the body heals the bacteria
overgrowth and IBS? I know it can depend a lot upon the
individual, but a guess?

Furthermore i have discovered that my feces turns green after i
have eaten certain greens, especially kale and sometimes it can
also give me diarrhea-like feces.. Is this a bad sign?

And my question about dates and bananas was more thought on
health. I have been wondering if dates is as healthy as any other
fruit, because it isn't as fresh as the other fruits? Would you for
an example recommend an 811rv diet mostly consisting of
dates?
