Hi Elena,

a very simple and digestible way that I favour is to
take a lunchbox of one type of fruit plus lettuce.
for me, this is typically grapes, bananas or dates -
it needs to be high-calorie enough to satisfy hunger
so we do not recourse to cooked foods, and light to
digest.

Evenings when you perhaps have more time, make a mixed
salad of greens (and if you choose, non-sweet fruits
like cucumber, tomato, courgette etc), plus again one
type of sweet fruit.

I stick to one type of fruit per meal for optimal
digestion, but this is not necessary.

I consider it best not to get bogged down in recipes,
especially when starting out on 811; they could easily
end up requiring more time and thought than cooking.
