I have a theory about water absorption. If I drink straight
water on a completely empty stomach, I absorb the water from
my intestines in as little time as possible. However, if I
were to eat bananas, which are 70% water, it will be extracted
slowly from the bananas over the course of almost the entire
digestion time. Correct? (I'm guessing this is why I'm still
peeing clear at 5AM..)

So if I were thirsty, it would be a bad idea to start eating
something that isn't very close to 100% water, since it would
not supply my body with water at the rate it uses it.

If i were to drink water after something like 1.5l of banana
smoothie, the water, i presume, would just be lying on top of
the smoothie in my stomach until most of the smoothie was
digested, right?
