1. Eat 811rv and bacterial imbalances usually correct themselves.
2. Celery goes well, but most any green will do.
3. I usually prefer banana, but it really depends upon the situation...
4. Greens provide lots of sodium with few calories, and often favor sodium over potassium, as opposed to fruits.
