One would have to know the percentage of Andrew's daily fat consumption before we could assume that eating fruit and vegetables until satiation will cause you to gain weight.
People always forget/ignore the fat issue. It's important!
I can eat all I want of fruits, but, if I add over 10% fat, I start gaining weight.
More than 1/2 avocado a day on a 2500 to 3000 calorie fruit/vegetable diet is too much.
