Subject:         fat burning heart rate zone

my heart rate says that i burned 750 calories and 65% of the calories were from
fat stores, also i ate 500 less calories then i burned that day, does the 65% of
750 calories (487.5 calories) that i burned from fat combined with my 500
calorie deficiency to give me my total of body fat calories i burned that day?
(487.5+500)/3500=0.28lb

+

to find how many calories i burn when i am sedentary, should i add my BMR to
200 calories or add 20% of my BMR?
