Hello Augusto,

I think 811rv points to one way of feeding dogs. That is; all species
thrive on their natural diet. Dogs naturally require raw meat, blood,
bones and organs.
I understand this is problematic ethically as most of us vegans don't
want to economically support the meat industry. I have adored dogs
all my life. My dogs were the reason I became a vegetarian at 10
years of age against my parent's wishes. I don't have a dog now as I
don't want to buy meat and I don't want to force a dog to eat vegan
food. In any case, the dog never makes the choice. Offer a "vegan"
dog a raw bone and see what she does.
The dog breeding industry is a cruel one and one I don't wish to
support. I satisfy my interest in caring for animals by looking after
and looking out for wildlife and babysitting friend's pets.
Of course we need to care for homeless dogs, but again, I prefer to
donate funds to the shelters.
The decision for you will ultimately be a personal one.

Warm regards,
Bronwyn
