Subject:         How much water

I've seen in an interview that you say humans are designed to
get 8 liters of water each day. I've also heard you say that a
normal day for you is something like 15-20 bananas for
breakfast and a fruit-meal before a huge salad in the evening.
That, I would guess, would only account for about 3.5-4.5
liters of water.

How, and when do you get in the other the other 50% of your
water need for the day?
