I really don't want to have to pinpoint and micromanage your diet to such a fine degree. If you are craving salt, you are not eating enough vegetables.
Usually I say 2-6% coming from greens, which doesn't really include tomatoes cucumbers etc. But of course, when fruity veg intake goes up, the need for leafy vegetables can come down a bit, hence the range of 2-6%.
