I have gut issues too. I posted above about Ileocecal
valve syndrome. That could be related.

but also just in practicality I will tell you some
things from my experience. bananas tend to constipate
me. I don't think there's enough water. Juicy fruits
and smoothies really help to push things through.
Melons and oranges are awesome. maybe even tomato mono
meals at this time of year!

if ileocecal valve syndrome is indeed an issue for
you, the raw salads not chewed up enough can be the
culprit. a fruit only diet (or green smoothies) can
help a lot with digestion if you are not breaking down
your foods enough. also with denser foods/more
roughage foods try HCl supplements with meals.

try probiotics as well, usually first thing in the
morning and wait an hour or two before eating,
meanwhile drinking lots of water.

But ideally/eventually on 8/10/10 you shouldn't need
any of these digestive pills. It took me a month or so
to transition before I could get off the HCl whenever
I ate bananas.
