Thanks DG.

Sorry I didn't want to leave a huge message is all,
it's rather complex.

I grew up with allergies and intolerances to many
foods. Skin outbreaks and chemical sensitivities
started in later teens.

By age 22 I had had severe constipation for a year
then got gallbladder attacks. They found thick
sludge. I got terrible pain with any fatty foods or
meats etc. I went on fruit only all the way back
then, as it was the only thing that didnt hurt the
liver etc.

After many natural therapies and so on, I came good
for a few years there (still always the
liver/pancreatic pain like something there has never
been fixed). So i'm different to many.

However vegie foods have always agreed the most.

2008 Adrenals crashed totally, was put on cortisone.
Saved me but also ruined me. Been housebound ever
since cortisone as things have been unstable. Cannot
get off it though, adrenals don't work. Immune
system is haywire. Seem to have a permanent flu like
illness, very painful day in day out. Body is in a
very low 'survival mode' functioning state.

late 2011 everything worsened. Could barely eat food
anymore. Body & digestion are just incredibly weak.
Cant find how to reverse it. Been vegan since then,
cant tolerate anything else. Fruit still is the
easiest thing to digest.

As for cold food I meant not warmed up (like soups)
which make my core feel better in a way (probably
from such low metabolism). After a big fruit meal I
feel cold inside and a little shaky. Winter in
Australia here too though.

I'm tracking in Cronometer, only able so far to get
about 1400-1600 cals in as I find it physically hard
to eat any more than that being so weak. I know need
more. Very much need to gain weight.

Thanks so much, appreciated.
