I'm also interested in your general approach to first aid practices, and
specifically:

a) Do you advice cleaning cuts and wounds with antiseptic/alcohol?

b) In cases of high fever, would you ever say there could be a place for
ibuprofen/paracetamol etc. I mean, can the fever ever get
"dangerously high"? I'm not really too scared of fevers, I know my
body initiates them as a healing response, but what if it goes "very
high"? From my philosophical standpoint, in terms of natural hygiene,
I tend to think that if a fever runs very high, it means the body needs
it to be that high to fight the problem and that stopping a fever is
never good! What's your take on this?
