A Brazil nut a day or one every few days or so will cover your selenium. Zinc is tougher if you want to meet the US RDA...pumpkin seeds and asparagus are good veg sources but you'll be hard pressed to make the numbers work.

Keep in mind that copper is a zinc antagonist, so if you keep copper to a minimum, your zinc requirements aren't that high. Grains are loaded with copper so avoiding them would be a wise thing if you were concerned with zinc.
