Hi,
I'm a newbie who's attempting to transition from Dr Mcdougal's starch
based diet . I've almost completed reading your book. My question is in
regards to calories....
The pound of dates which I just consumed put me almost at my quota for
today' s calories. Was I "wrong" to eat 18 non pitted dates if I want to
maintain my weight?
