Subject:         Dr. Graham - PCOS and water fast

I am on the 80/10/10 diet for 1 and a half year. I also have
PCOS, which I found out half year into this lifestyle, after
not having my period for 7 months. First I thought I didn't
have it because of diet change. The gynecologist prescribed
some pills to me back then and I took them because I didn't
know what to do (he desribed the situation as very serious).

I have regular period since taking those pills. I don't
think I have regular period just because of those pills, I
am sure 80/10/10 has something to do with it. On February I
had another check by my gynecologist and he said that if my
period is regular that is great, but he didn't do an
ultrasound to see if it's any better for real.

I strictly follow the 80/10/10 diet for more than a year and
a half (since January 2012), but I don't have any energy, I
have huge mood swings, I have cellulite and excess fat all
over my body (I don't look in shape at all), now even more
than before, I have really bad skin (pimples all over my
face), I am really not an example of health.
I also exercise quite regulary (at least 4 times per week I
usually do 30-45 minutes run), I sleep as much as I need to
(I allow my body to wake up naturally), I try to have
positive thoughts all the time...

I believe in this lifestyle soooo much, but I'm becoming
frustrated. Is that all just because of my PCOS or am I
doing something wrong?

It's hard for me when people are asking me how I am feeling,
do I have more energy and stuff like that. I really want to
inspire people for this lifestyle.

Do you think water fast would help me? I fasted for 4 days
in November 2012, but it was so intense (my body was weak
and in pain), that I stopped. I was sleeping almost all the
