No, not true. Fruit is alkaline-forming. If it were true that fruit was acid-forming:
1. I would be suffering terribly, as would all those following 811. We are not.
2. Dr. Young would only have needed to do the test 3 or 4 times in order to prove his point. He may have been involved in 150K blood tests (that would be what, 5 per day for 200 days per year for 150 years?) but I doubt he actually performed that many tests on the alkalinity or acidity of blood based upon the immediate prior diet of the individual being tested.
3. Do you really believe Dr. Young got 150,000 people to have their blood tested BEFORE AND AFTER having eaten some fruit?
