Subject:         Raw Veg vs Steamed/Boiled

I have a question about steaming and boiling vegetables such
as broccoli, cauliflower, greens etc.

1. Would I get more variety of nutrients if I incorporate
broccoli, cauliflower, greens in my diet?

2. Does steaming/boiling create toxins that would have not
been present had I eaten the vegetables raw? If so, how?

3. Is there is a big difference in health if someone is 100%
raw all the time, or if they incorporate steamed veg every so
