Sorry quantities...

Breakfast - large watermelon or 3-5 pakistani mangoes
depending on size

Lunch - between 600g-1kg of grapes/cherries/berries or
around 10 peaches/nectarines depending on size

Dinner - between 5-8 bananas and a handful of berries

Veg - one cucumber, half to a whole head of lettuce,
10-15 cherry tomatoes, one pepper
