Yes sure -

Typical food intake at the moment is as follows

Breakfast - 1 big watermelon or around 5 pakistani

Lunch - either enough cherries until I am full/ enough
grapes until I am full/enough peaches/nectarines until
I am full

Dinner - banana smoothie with some sort of berry
(sometimes frozen, but not always) added for extra

I graze on veg (mainly cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce,
peppers) through out the day as I find it takes time
to eat and I work full time, along with fitting in
exercise and sleep.

Everything I buy is organic bar a few items (pakistani
mangoes, some stone fruit, cherries).

I go to bed around 9pm, awake naturally by 5.30ish and
rising at around 7am. I drink enough water so that I
am peeing clear.

My partner is experiencing the same problem.
