As Dr Graham stated, kids do need more fat than adults. Don't
deprive your daughter the fats. They are important for her
growth. Karen Ranzi's book Creating Heatlthy Children goes into
this subject. I recommend reading it. Your daughter will slowly
eat more fruits and less fats as she gets older. Good luck!
