Subject:         Getting thinner and gaining weight??

over the last couple of months I've been moving towards a vegan diet. Previously I was a very heavy drinker and ate a lot of take away. I'm 5'7" and around 16 stone. I'm eating unprocessed whole foods mostly as soups and a lot of smoothies. I quit all dairy about 2 weeks ago and there's been no oils in my recipes for the full 2 months. I have been eating some meat which i'll eventually get rid off and i have had a takeaway a few times but managed to get back on the wagon with no problems. The curious thing is my trousers are getting slacker but I don't appear to be losing weight. I'm not exercising yet so it can't be muscle weight. Any ideas?
