Someone who would like to try this lifestyle asked me a
question to which I don't know the answer.

He is active in extreme mountain climbing. At the moment, he
is vegan but would like to become 811 raw vegan. The main
problem with it is ensuring adequate caloric intake for
multi-day activities that are physically very strenous.
To be more specific - he is planning to climb Mt. Blanc in
the direction that includes climbing in snow and ice. He will
be climbing it three days in a row and in that time he'll get
less sleep than needed and will experience very high physical
activity over 12 hours per day.
He cannot have more than 5kg (11 lbs) of food on the back.

What do you suggest?

Thank you for your answer,
Tjasa
