Subject:         Smoothie Combination Advice

I have this smoothie for my breakfast or lunch everyday.

Pears, oranges, celery and spinach.

I love this mixture, I find that it doesnt upset my belly or cause bloating
but Ive heard not to mix sweet fruits (pears) with acidic fruits (oranges)
because thats a bad combination.

Thought? :)
