Hi Hank and Doug, I have to say I might be dealing with the same thing as him and I don't now what to do. Ok so I usually do number 2 in the morning a lot, and then I eat throughout the day and I feel that food just gets stuck and accumulates that I don't button my pants to feel comfortable. Other issues that might be due to this is that I have weak joints and muscles like for ex when I get up from bed my spine cracks but does not hurt, the back of my leg around the knees gets really tired and heavy feeling if I stand too long, I am so thirsty all the time and I drink maybe 12 cups of water a day yet my lips are pretty dry, recently I have had a sore throat and lots of mucus, and I have acne and redness on my face but I already had prior to 811. I eat for ex 5.5 lbs watermelon in morning, then 2 lbs of bananas, later 5 med mangoes, and last a smoothie with 6 oz spinach and 2 apples and a salad of 8 oz romaine with 2 tomatoes and a squirt of lime juice. For exercise, I do not do regularly because if I do jump rope my ankles get sore and cracky or if I try push ups y melon belly hurts. It is not that I am overweight it is just my stomach area looks stuffed and clogged. For emotions and stress I do deal with full time school and some neg thinking especially because 811 is not effectively working right now or so I think. I know this is the ideal way to eat that I have always been so optimistic about it, but when things like this happen I wonder what is going n. I want to make to best of it, please help Doug.
