Hello Amber,

I think two weeks is a perfectly reasonable timeframe to consume
unrefridgerated fresh fruit and vegetables. Do you have any portable
cold/freezing containers and would you have access to ice where
you're going? I don't know how much you can carry, but if you bring
bananas in different stages of the ripening process, they will be fine.
Dates will be fine for 2 weeks. Lettuce, mangoes, oranges and
pineapple will be fine for at least the first week. Buy some fruits that
are nearly ripe and others that still a little hard. You might as well try
to remain 811rv for the 2 weeks and if you're worried, you can always
bring starches as a back-up plan.
