Subject:         Too little muscle?

I'm a man, 24 years old, 179cm tall, and currently weigh 115
lbs. My body fat percentage is 8.40% according to one of those
"electrical-pulse-machines" at the gym. I'm looking thin. I
didn't do any exercise what so ever between years 14 and 21,
so naturally, I had very poor muscle strength (I also weighed
175 pounds at one point). However, I am now stronger than I've
ever been in terms of muscle strength and endurance. I'm also
running quite a lot and feel that I am getting a good
cardiovascular system. I'm also feeling better than I've ever

Close to 10 pounds of fat at my height seems to be quite
normal in a healthy individual, but since I still look very
"scrawny", it's obvious that it must be that I have very
little muscle to show.

What I am wondering about is, is there any problem with having
this low amount of muscle weight?
