Subject:         Doug, 3000 calories for female?

Hi,

I am 5ft 4, 130lbs and I have been lfrv 811 for 1 yr 3 months now, I have lost
20lbs during this time but am at a standstill with my weight, ideally I would like
to lose 10lbs more ( I understand this isn't about weightloss it is health but I
would still like to lose this)
I have been running and doing yoga lately as well as 100 squats a day.
My weight is still at a standstill.
I have been eating 3000 calories for the majority of my time on this lifestyle,
should I lower my calories?
I just get so hungry. I eat about 20 bananas a day which suits me but calories
are really high, I am always 80/10/10 every day. Fats are usually lower though
so sometimes 90/5/5

Please could you advise me on what to do, continue or lower ? how much
should i lower?
