1) His number is 82.
2) He was tested once and it was me asking for a
test. Doctor actually advised not to have any test at
all since kid didn't have any issues.
3)Now when my 8-years old son eats the same as me
which is fruits and veggies with occasional fats I
feel responsible to track his numbers. This dietary
plan greatly reduces his croup episodes. And he almost
never gets sick with flu.
4) Doctor is not aware of his diet. But rather aware
of my husband an my inclinations not to go for a pills
but rather change in my lifestyle and diet.
5) Doctor only said that his vitamin in this veggies
(asparagus, broccoli, spinach and green beans) and
that's natural way to raise level.

P.S My other son 11 -year old who occasionally
flirting with animal products got his level at 64
which is super low in my opinion wasn't even called
for appointment but when asked got the same advice.
