Hello Natalie,
have you read 80 10 10? Dr Graham is the one who designed and
invented this program and has done the program himself for the
longest and has trained the most professional athletes on it. I know
it can be confusing to look at other material on-line that claims to be
the same or in some way an extension of Dr Graham's program, but
it's not and the only way to learn the real information about the
program is from Dr Graham himself and his material. Dr Graham
doesn't advise consuming excess calories. He supports the calories in
vs calories out scientific understanding of calories. At the same time,
he won't give you a number without knowing everything about you
and your health as that would be irresponsible. However, he does
offer personal consultations. You're not the first to watch a Youtube
clip, eat excessive calories in a one size fits all raw vegan
recommendation and gain weight. I dare say you'll gain more weight
if you continue to overeat.
