I don't push myself too much during the training...I train for about 1 hour per day(4/5 times per week). I like to move my body and be active but I don't go for very hard training.
Maybe because I never had the energy to do so in my entire life. I lack in sprint power.
Should I train more? what do you recommend me?
I've been eating about 2800 Kcals in the last week because of the videos that I watched and I picked up 2 kilos...all in my belly and my feeling is not good, feel super full, too much. but at the same time I've got so much energy and I feel very strong.
I really want to do this diet properly and I want to feel great and reach perfect health.
