Subject:         Calories intake

Hello,
I've been on the 801010 program for 5 weeks and I'm confused about the calories that I should be getting in a day.
I'm 31 years old, 43kg (94.8Lbs) and 1.54m (5'0")
I'm an active person (I train 5 days a week: crossfit, mountain bike, acro yoga, capoeira...love moving my body).
I started using cron-o-meter and calculated my daily calorie target with it (to maintain weight).
It is 1618Kcal per day.
Looking for some more information on intenet I found the Banana Girl's video where she says that I should get not less that 2500Kcal per day.
What's your opinion? How many calories should I be eating?
