I am not exactly aware of the upper acceptable limit, would have to do a bit of homework to get that number, but there are several places in the world where the water is so high in fluoride that it definitely results in premature aging. Somehow the number in my head was 5mg/l in these places, but I am not certain I recall properly. If you take in fluoride, you want very little indeed.
