Subject:         schedules and rhythms of the body

Is it important to eat meals on a pretty consistent schedule day to
day? I know its healthy to sleep according to the circadian rhythm ,
going to bed around 10 right? Is it also important to exercise at
consistent times or is it actually better to eat and exercise at random
times say when you feel hungry or to change up your routine like
taking different timed classes at a gym?
