Subject:         Is naturally occurring flouride in water still bad for you?
Date: June 8, 2013 at 5:16 am PST

Hi Doug,

The drinking water in my area (SouthWest UK) has a low
naturally occurring level of fluoride that is below 0.1
milligrams per litre. The waterboard in my area also states
that they do not add flouride to the water. I also filter my
water using a wellness carafe water filter.

Should I be using a reverse osmosis water filter or buying
mineral water (I take it plastic bottles also leach chemicals
into the mineral water?)

What is your view on this?

Thanks,

D
