can everyone lose fat to a healthy level? i i am worried about my
hormone levels being out of balance. f feel that since im olderi may not
be able to reduc my body fat. if i cut calories overtime does the body
slow the metabolism so it wont lose fat? would that t make it best to
alternate higher and lower calorie periods? how do you lose fat if you
barely take any calories to maintain and are sedentary due to poor
health? do you have to build muscle first or is lowering the calories best
until sufficient exercise is realistic? i can take a short walk sometimes
but how much exercise do i need to burn fat? do i need to actually get
my heart rate up a certain amount?

my plan is to walk 10,000 steps a day but i used to always do that and to
start weighing myself and counting calories so i can try to figure out my
maintenance level. id like to exercise more but i dont know what would
helpand whats realistic. say if i lightly rebound and i dont work up a
sweat its better than laying in bed but would i even be working towards
fat loss that way? i want to come up with a realistic plan so i can notice
some results each week otherwise id be wasting my time if im not
getting anywhere
