profound. I think I've been negatively conditioned by the
hospital so its psychological to a degree. They kept telling me
to eat sleep and no moving, that veggies are interested and
junk for is good. I've been living according to that technology
is not what I truly believe. I guess I need to reprogram my

and gain the muscle and detoxify for years it seems. I guess
that's better than never but there's no guarantee I'll ever get
there will it doesn't feel promising and I just keep binding on
junk to fill my empty boring life but really I miss yoga and
fitness. My only dream is to return to those but I feel
discouraged. I don't know if I'm supposed to work on my sleep
schedule first, is crazy now or to eercise mainly or go through
a detox. I don't feel like I make Any progress on the few good
days I have had I don't know how to build muscle and to know
I'm doing it. Physically I feel like hell and can't look in the
mirror. I'm worried I've done myself in and that even with my
best effort won't achieve results. I guess I want to know is
possible what to do first and how to know I'm actually
following forward.
